Blue Spangled Emperorfish, Lethrinus nebulosus
This beautiful Indo Pacific species is a common catch on the flats of the Seychelles and the reefs of Western Australia. Its blue spots look like a Jackson Pollock creation. They are bottom feeding carnivores who dine on crustaceans, molluscs, small octopi, and fish.
